Greetings! As a graphic designer, I am thrilled to present WellCare Health Insurance – a brand that merges innovation with compassion in the realm of healthcare. Within this portfolio, I invite you to explore the visual journey that captures the essence of WellCare and its commitment to help their customers.

Crafting Visual Narratives for WellCare

In designing for WellCare, my aim was to express their professionalisme while also being approachable and easy to recognize. After carefully developing the clients brief, we developed a series of graphic elements all combined in this Brand Identity preview!
In accordance with the brief, the logo was required to be versatile and easily applicable across various user contexts. Adhering to this directive, I conceptualized a logo that seamlessly integrates into any background and adapts to diverse color combinations, all while maintaining the unmistakable essence of WellCare's vision.
As per the client's specifications, the brief called for the incorporation of a subtle pattern to add visual interest to various branding items. Leveraging the white "+" icon from the logo, I ingeniously arranged them into a pattern primarily rendered in white. This design choice not only enhances brand consistency but also injects a touch of sophistication and cohesion across diverse branding materials.
To help WellCare visualize their brand across different mediums, we've outlined three key design scenarios: hanging name cards, a website, and a beach banner flag. 

Across all platforms, our focus remains on highlighting the brand's primary color, red, against a serene white backdrop.

Hanging Name Cards: The design for hanging name cards exudes simplicity and sophistication. The WellCare logo takes center stage in bold red against a clean white background. Subtle patterns incorporating the white "+" icon from the logo add a touch of visual intrigue without overwhelming the overall aesthetic.

Website: For the website, we prioritize both aesthetics and user experience. By steering clear of full black backgrounds, we create a softer contrast that's easier on the eyes, particularly for online viewing. Instead, we opt for a red and white color scheme, ensuring visual appeal while maintaining readability. To inject variety, certain sections feature a deep red tone paired with white font, adding a distinctive flair to the design.

Beach Banner Flag: The beach banner flag captures the vibrancy of the WellCare brand, ensuring visibility even in outdoor settings. The WellCare logo shines in bold red against a crisp white background, ensuring maximum impact against beach or outdoor environments. This design approach guarantees brand visibility and professionalism across diverse settings.

In summary, each design scenario underscores the adaptability and consistency of the WellCare brand, with red as the primary color complemented by a calming white background. Whether in print or online, the brand remains distinct and recognizable.​​​​​​​
